    The Information Systems community preserves the records of the digital systems and applications that support FLAME University's academic and administrative functioning. It encompasses enterprise systems, application development and management, data and integration, and system implementation projects. Collections may include system documentation, implementation and upgrade records, user guides, project reports and policies. The Information Systems community documents the University's digital transformation. Scope: Records documenting enterprise systems, implementations, user guides and project reports.

    The Library community preserves the records documenting the development, services and collections of FLAME University's Library. It encompasses collection development, information resources, subscriptions, user services, information literacy and scholarly support. Collections may include library policies, acquisition and subscription records, usage reports, programme and event documentation and records of library services. The Library community documents the library's role in supporting learning and research. Scope: Records documenting library collections, subscriptions, services and usage.
