Campus Operations & Infrastructure

The Estate community preserves the records of FLAME University's campus, buildings and physical infrastructure. It encompasses planning, construction, maintenance, facilities management, utilities and campus development. Collections may include master plans, architectural and engineering drawings, project records, maintenance and facilities records, photographs of campus development, and building names and their history. The Events community preserves the records of institutional events and ceremonies held at FLAME University. It encompasses conferences, cultural programmes, guest visits and campus celebrations. Collections may include event plans and programmes, invitations, speaker and guest records, photographs, videos and post-event reports. The Events community documents the public and ceremonial life of the University. Scope: Records documenting event programmes, speakers, guests and post-event reports.

The Food & Beverage community preserves the records of dining and catering services at FLAME University, including the dining hall. It encompasses mess and café operations, menus and nutrition, hygiene and food safety, vendors and service feedback. The Safety & Security community preserves the records of campus safety, security and emergency preparedness at FLAME University. Collections may include safety and security policies, emergency plans, drill and training records and incident summaries, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements. The Travel community preserves the records of travel and transport services for the FLAME University community.
