- The Admissions & Student Recruitment community preserves the records of how FLAME University attracts, admits and financially supports its students. It comprises Admissions & Financial Aid, and Admissions Outreach, whose components cover UG, MBA and Strategic Programs. Collections may include admission policies and statistics, selection documentation, outreach plans and campaigns, and financial aid records, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements. Scope: Records documenting admissions, selection, financial aid and recruitment outreach.
- The Careers, Industry & Alumni community preserves the records documenting the professional pathways of FLAME students, its relationships with industry and its alumni community. It comprises Career Services (with UG, UG-Design and PG components), Higher Education Counselling Services, Corporate / Industry Relations, Executive Education, and Alumni Engagement. Collections may include career and placement reports, partnership agreements, programme materials, alumni communications and event records. Scope: Records documenting careers, placements, industry partnerships, executive learning and alumni relations.
- The Global Engagement & Communications community preserves the records of how FLAME University engages with the world and presents itself to it. It comprises International Relations, Branding & Communication, and Digital Media. Collections may include partnership agreements, brand guidelines, publications, campaign materials, photographs and audiovisual records. Scope: Records documenting international engagement, branding, publications and digital communication.
- The Institutional Administration & Governance community preserves the records of the core administrative functions that support the University's people, examinations, finances and quality. It comprises Human Resources (including HR manuals and policies), Controller of Examinations, Finance & Accounts, and Q Centre. Collections may include policies and manuals, examination and financial records, audit and quality reports, and documentation of institutional processes, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements. Scope: Records documenting workforce management, examinations, finance and quality assurance.
- The Learning Resources & Digital Systems community preserves the records of the information resources and enterprise systems that support learning, research and administration. It comprises the Library and Information Systems. Collections may include library policies and usage reports, system documentation, implementation records and project reports. Scope: Records documenting library resources and enterprise information systems.
