The Asset & Inventory Management community preserves the records of the physical assets and stock of FLAME University. It encompasses asset registers, tagging, inventory control, stock management and asset lifecycle and disposal. Collections may include asset registers, inventory and stock records, verification and audit reports, transfer and disposal documentation and related policies. The Asset & Inventory Management community documents how the University's resources are tracked and managed. Scope: Records documenting asset registers, inventory, verification and disposal.

The Purchase Management community preserves the records of procurement at FLAME University. It encompasses purchase planning, quotations and tendering, purchase orders, approvals and procurement policies. Collections may include procurement policies, tender and quotation records, purchase orders and contracts, and supporting documentation. The Purchase Management community documents the processes through which the University acquires goods and services. Scope: Records documenting procurement policies, tenders, purchase orders and contracts.

The Vendor Management community preserves the records of FLAME University's relationships with external service providers and suppliers. It encompasses vendor onboarding, empanelment, contracts, performance evaluation and service coordination. Collections may include vendor registers and agreements, evaluation and performance records, service-level documentation and related correspondence. The Vendor Management community documents the University's engagement with its vendor network. Scope: Records documenting vendor registers, agreements and performance evaluations.
