The Bunt community is a prominent community of the district of Dakshina Kannada.The Bhuta Worship or Bhuta Kola has captured attention because of its religious association and also primarily due to the close relation with the history and society of the Bunt community. Through our research we aim to bring this illusory world out of the shadows by
documenting the performance, its evolution and its deep connection with the Bunt
